Plain-English privacy notes.
This is a small independent learning site. These notes explain the current data use in practical terms; they are not a full legal policy.
Minimal data, only for the product.
- Learning progress: guest progress is stored under a secure browser identifier. Account progress is stored on the server and syncs across devices.
- Contact messages: if you send a message through the contact form, MoienLab stores the details you submit so it can reply.
- Basic analytics: MoienLab stores simple events such as page views, diagnosis starts/completions, lesson starts, audio plays, checkout steps, and email-signup submissions. It does not use cookies or invasive fingerprinting for this.
- No sale of personal data: MoienLab does not sell personal data and does not use email signup to track you across other websites.
- Advertising cookies (only with consent): if you accept the cookie banner, MoienLab loads Google Ads and Meta Pixel, and sends matching conversion events from its server, to measure whether an ad led to a purchase. Email is normalized and irreversibly hashed before it is sent to Meta. The default is denied: nothing ad-related loads until you accept, and you can decline with no loss of features. EU Consent Mode v2 is applied.
